A fiberglass pool is a pre-made, single-piece swimming pool shell constructed from fiberglass-reinforced materials. Unlike traditional concrete or vinyl liner pools, it comes ready for installation, which simplifies the process and minimizes the potential for installation errors.

The production of a fiberglass pool involves several steps. First, a gelcoat is applied to a mold. Then, layers of chopped fiberglass and resins are added, followed by structural reinforcements. The shell is then cured, removed from the mold, trimmed, and subjected to quality control checks.

Fiberglass pools offer numerous advantages. They are long-lasting and require minimal upkeep. Their smooth, non-porous surface inhibits algae growth, and they can be installed quickly. Additionally, these pools need fewer chemicals and less frequent cleaning compared to other pool types.
